  • Articleship under ICAB, 1992-1996

    Mr. Md. Bahalul Kabir has 32 years professional exposure in various capacities since 1992 as Audit Manager & Article ship student under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh until April 1996, while he audited more than 100 manufacturing industries, financial institutions, service oriented enterprises, Govt. autonomous bodies, non-profitable & non-govt. organizations during the 3(three) years 6(Six) months long period.

  • Chief Accountant at Bengal Ventures Ltd, 1996

    He then moved to Bengal Ventures Ltd as Chief Accountant to oversee the corporate management by implementing control of Accounts, preparation and further evaluation of Financial Statement, Budget, resource planning, compliance, control standards and risk management etc. of the company until end 1996.

  • Financial Executive at Management & Financial Services Ltd , 1997

    From January 1997, he joint one of the largest Non-government & Joint venture organization of Bangladesh with USA, Management & Financial Services Ltd as Financial Executive until September 1997, During this period he has enhanced his responsibility on varied activities on Company affairs related to Public issue and/ or Private Placement of Securities, preparation of Prospectus and Offer Document/ Private Placement Memorandum also Feasibility Study Report on the projects for new and proposals for Public Issue purpose, maintenance of Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis and Control of the Accounts of the Company.

  • Company Secretary at Miracle Industries Ltd, 1997-2005

    Mr. Md. Bahalul Kabir then moved to Miracle Industries Ltd in Sept 1997 as Company Secretary and severed the company for more than 8 years. During this period, he performed vital role and was overall in-charge of the Board, Finance, Corporate Affairs & Share Department helped him to acquire the knowledge on various permission from different Govt. Concern i.e. Dept. of Environment, Board of Investment, Securities & Exchange Commission, Register of Joint Stock Companies & Firm, Power development board, National Board of Revenue & others, also the processing of IPO in Bangladesh.

  • General manager Admin, Accounts and Finance at Fu-Wang Bowling & Services Ltd, 2005-2006

    He later in November 2005 shifted to Fu-Wang Bowling & Services Ltd. as General manager Admin, Accounts and Finance, while serving the company he had taken the charges of Finance, Accounts, Company affair, Audit, Store and Inventory Management, Custom and Income Tax, Vat Accounts, HR Department, MIS.

    Prior joining B. KABIR & LAW ASSOCIATES as Head of Chamber, he simultaneously served as Financial Advisor for Khan Brothers Group since November 2006
